Dear Mill Creek Cabin Owners 1. The revised 2022 MSCHOA CCRS approved by cabin owner referendum in September 2022 and recently recorded in Tehama County, CA. The final tally of the vote on the CC&Rs and Bylaws was 66 yes votes, 11 no votes and 7 invalid ballots.
