The 2024 Annual Meeting of the MCSHA and Mill Creek/Lassen Water Company is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 6, 2024 at the Mill Creek Campground meeting area. Please plan to attend!

Elections for MCSHA are in process. If you have received your nomination form in the mail, you will note that the timeline states that the elections will be finalized on August 24. This is due to an error on our part; we failed to initiate the process in a timely enough fashion to allow the necessary time for nominations, elections, and associated meeting and notification dates, as required by California law. Nominations will close on May 30 and ballots will be mailed in mid-July. Business Connections is again the Inspector of Elections for MCSHA. Please accept our apologies for the delayed timeline of the election!

The Mineral/Mill Creek Volunteer Fire Department will hold their Annual Pancake Breakfast fundraiser at the Mill Creek Resort on Sunday, July 7. The festivities include a silent auction and raffle for which donated items are always appreciated. All proceeds benefit the volunteer fire department. The Annual 4th of July parade will kick off between 9:30 and 10:00. You are encouraged to participate in the paradelet’s see what creative ideas our community members come up with this year!

A proposed budget will be distributed in the coming weeks.

The annual cleaning of lots should be completed by June 30.

Garbage bins are again located on the south side of Hwy 172 across from Dogwood Way for your convenience. Only household garbage is acceptable. Please make sure the locks are locked when you leave. COMBINATION is 2427.
