Dear Mill Creek Summer Home Owner:  It’s Election Time

There will be 2 Director positions (3-year term) to be filled for the 5-member Board of Directors. The nomination process is beginning, with ballots to be mailed in June.  Business Connections in Red Bluff will again take on the position of Inspector of Elections for the process.

If nominating someone, please check with your nominee to be sure he/she is interested in serving. Self-nominations are welcome. Nominees are encouraged to provide a brief statement regarding their interest in serving on the Board.

After the nomination period closes (April 30, 2025) Business Connections will compile the list of candidates. Candidates will be invited to provide a brief statement regarding their interest in serving on the Board. Ballots will be mailed to cabin owners via US Postal mail June 19-24, 2025.

Cabin owners will have 30 days to mail their ballots to Business Connections, using a stamped, addressed envelope which will be provided. The Deadline will be July 24, 2025. Business Connections, as the independent Inspector of Elections, will count the ballots. The meeting for tallying the ballots will be held on (July 25th, 2025) @ 4:00pm at Business Connections, 332 Pine Street, Red Bluff. Zoom capability will also be provided.
