The Architectural Review Committee is appointed under the direction of the MCSHA Board to oversee and approve of any building, repair or replacement to homes and cabins in our community.

 Submit your Application to ARC! 

ALL repairs, exterior changes, additions, or visible alterations require ARC approval. Everything and anything must be approved by ARC and have any Tehama County building permits before you begin work.

ARC Application

Submit your application online or Word Copy to e-mail, or download, print and mail.  This application asks for  all information including permits and plans.  It is recommended that you contact an ARC member if you are unsure of what you might be required to have when you apply. If you submit an application online or by e-mail you should receive a reply within 48 hours.
